A short (15 minute) physical practice followed by a short mantra meditation. This practice allows us to open our heart chakra to bring in light and love to let the love shine that we all hold in our hearts 💜

This class will be held in the Galaktic Gang discord. It will be a 30-45 minute physical practice followed by 7-11 minutes of chanting meditation. We will use our physical bodies to tap into our minds to connect with a higher dimension 🙏🏻
